Order Confirmation

Your order confirmation email will contain details of the estimated shipping time for each item that you ordered. You will also receive a despatch email once your order has shipped.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

You'll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order form, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in Your Account once you've placed your order.

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (the availability time listed on a product's detail page). Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you've chosen.

For example, if you order an item that is listed as "Usually ships in 2-3 days" and select standard Malaysia shipping (which typically has a transit time of 3-5 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 5-8 business days after you place it. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

International Customers: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Tracking Your Order

You can track the delivery progress of items shipped from our website from within your account.

  • Sign-in to your account
  • Select My Account at the top of the page
  • Choose My Order History
  • Locate your order and click on Track Delivery.

Other Delivery Information

Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure all order details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. If you wish for your order to be delivered to a place of business, please ensure that the business name is included.

Our website is regularly updated based on current availability information supplied by publishers and suppliers. Evergreen will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site.

All products are listed for sale in good faith however occasionally products become temporarily or permanently unavailable without prior notice from the supplier. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier, you will be contacted to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order being shipped.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
